Wednesday, November 26th, 2008I am getting ready to bake some holistic pumpkin pies using all organic ingredients with a crust made with Vita-spelt flour and extra virgin olive oil. Yum! Everyone will love these pies tomorrow.
The Holistic Cookie cookbook is coming along nicely. It is taking longer than I thought it would, but it is going to be more interesting and more beautiful — so it will be worth the wait.
